Paragon got the award for "outstanding efforts in advertising and promotions" while Great World City clinched its award for "outstanding efforts in centre management".
Six Singapore retailers also received SRA Awards for the impact they have on the retail scene through innovation, creativity and retail excellence.
Best Retail Concept of the Year went to Malmaison by The Hour Glass, while Best New Entrant of the Year went to candy shop Candylicious at Resorts World Sentosa.
The FairPrice Family Cook Off by NTUC FairPrice clinched Best Retail Event of the Year. Green Retailer of the Year went to Dairy Farm Singapore.
The SRA also gave out awards to individuals. The Manager of the Year award went to Cold Storage's marketing communications manager, Jassie Ling. The Young Executive of the Year was Serene Tan, executive (branch) of FairPrice Finest @ Clementi.
Teo Ser Luck, Minister of State for Trade and Industry, said that the award winners had added new and exciting dimensions to the retail landscape by evolving their businesses and sector.
"The retail sector contributes significantly to tourism spending, with the sector alone registering some S$26 billion in operating receipts in 2009," he said.
"Retailers are encouraged to explore new tools and learn from others on how to boost productivity in your business," he added.
