Today I ate a plate of rice with some vegetables and a fish in the morning at about 10am.
Right now is 11.47pm. I just came back from my Cellgroup. Today I was in charge of leading the testimony session. This verse came into my mind this afternoon.
Luke 17:11-19,23,25 (NIrV)
Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem. He traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. [12] As he was going into a village, ten men met him. They had a skin disease. They were standing close by. [13] And they called out in a loud voice, "Jesus! Master! Have pity on us!" [14] Jesus saw them and said, "Go. Show yourselves to the priests." While they were on the way, they were healed. [15] When one of them saw that he was healed, he came back. He praised God in a loud voice. [16] He threw himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him. The man was a Samaritan. [17] Jesus asked, "Weren't all ten healed? Where are the other nine? [18] Didn't anyone else return and give praise to God except this outsider?" [19] Then Jesus said to him, "Get up and go. Your faith has healed you." [23] People will tell you, `There he is!' Or, `Here he is!' Don't go running off after them. [25] But first the Son of Man must suffer many things. He will not be accepted by the people of today.
While I was mentioning about the Samaritan bowing on Jesus feet. I cried.
Let's ask ourselves, have we really give thanks to God for what we are having today? How many times God lends us His hands? In contrast, how many times do we give thanks to Him?
We should be like the Samaritan. Give thanks all the time. With a right heart. Thanksgiving!
