Ruthless Man in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

I've got this picture from Facebook.

Family's Problem

Is your family leading a healthy lifestyle? While I was wondering around. I've found many were having unhappy marriage life. Everywhere you go, you can see parents quarreling over a small matter. For instance, just because the child want to do something which forbids by one of the parent, and another approved. This will lead to quarreling.

Another problem is FINANCIAL. How many families have enough money to support their families? For a newborn child, one has to spend approximately RM1000. This is excluding other expenses such as monthly payment- housing loan and car loan.

Dollars will always lead to unhappiness. How can people not to work for money!

Lifestyle equals to Branded/ Designers Products.

What is the lifestyle people living in Johor Bahru? Will they go for branded goods? But there aren't any branded shops around except the latest Johor Premium Outlet. I, myself never been there but would like to go the one day. I read from a newspaper the other day that Malaysia will have another 2 more premium outlets. One will be in Malacca and another one, I've forgotten. Is the such a market in the Southern part? I would say 50%. Those who are able to afford these brands will definitely purchase in Singapore.

WHY? Cheaper price and it has latest design. Now I'm going to throw you a question, why are the reasons people buy branded goods? For the sake of quality or the brand itself? Which is more important?

It's time to Ponder

Money is Important but It isn't Everything

Yahoo, I've got my 1 million. But I don't have any close friends and family members. Am I happy? Who said I'm not happy? I can buy great stuffs- big bungalows, imported cars, holiday trip every month, Michelin food and even party all night.

Everyday spends like nobody business. And the best part is all these i am doing ALONE. No one is here to share my joy and laughter. Will I still be happy? What do you think?

Ways to earn big money in the world.

MONEY and Inflation are the topics that people in the world have been talking about especially in the recent years. Hey, do you have financial problem- supporting your family, tuition fees, monthly payment or etc.

What is the best way to get money?

1st. - Invest in shares or forex.

2nd- Properties

3rd - business. This is the traditional thinking.

If you wanna work from 9-5, well, that is the starting to get poorer.

Do it especially when you think that it's impossible.

Never try, never know.

Maxis, DIGI, Celcom or UMobile?

What's the best telco in Malaysia? Or perhaps what is the best plan? Umobile can give u the best package if you wanna online by using sim cards.

How bout the rest? Are they money suckers?

I'm back to Johor Bahru.

Just reached Johor Bahru. Now in this Chinese shop at Taman Sutera. Just ordered a bowl of kuey teow soup. It has scallop, (fake) abalone and many more. Um, I am still full. The chicken rice is still in my stomach. Today is the day of eating. Tomorrow, I gotta work.

4th stop- Dataran Pahlawan in Malacca

In the shopping mall. Gotta exercise a bit because too full.

2nd stop in Malacca

Now I'm at the Hainanese Chicken Rice. They are famous for their ping-pong ball rice. During the weekends, you can see people queuing up. Luckily today is a weekday. You guys can come over to this place. However, it isn't halal place. This place is for NON MUSLIM. It is just opposite San Shu Gong.

1st stop- Malacca Zoo

I was excited to be here after many years. However, it's pricey. The entrance ticket costed RM10. Previously it was only RM7. But the zoo is clean and odorless. Not many people because it was a weekday. If you ask me whether is it worth it? I will give 6/10.

Overall, not satisfied.

The price list.

Malacca , here I come!

Few hours later, I will head to the History state, Malacca. It has been a long time never to Malacca. I will depart from Johor Bahru, probably at 8 tomorrow. So by the time, I reach there will be around 10.

Tmr will visit the Malacca Zoo, lunch eating the famous chicken rice, walk around the shops and the shopping complexes.

Stay tune and I will post pictures during the trip!
