Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

1 Peter 4:7 (TNIV)
The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.

3. Don't depend on our body needs 'materialistic vs spiritual'

WAYS/ METHODS TO FIGHT OUR PROBLEMS/ OBSTACLES
1. Horns symbolize God's words

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Must use and know His Words. Can use it immediately whenever it's needed.

2. Vessel symbolize body. We must get rid of the bad characters in us- proudness, lust and etc. purified our body. Bet humble. And end of the day, our vessel must be break up. We must sacrifice!

Our old self must be shattered to become a real and powerful team player.

3. Torch (Malay: Obor) symbolize Holy Spirit.
