Kevin Cheng and Myolie Wu awarded Best Actor and Actress in Malaysia

The two actors attended the ‘2011 My Astro On Demand’ and bagged top awards.



Held in Malaysia last night, the 2011 My Astro On Demand saw the attendance of a number of up-and-coming TVB artistes, including Kevin Cheng, Michael Tse, Raymond Lam, Bosco Wong, Ron Ng, Kate Tsui, Tavia Yeung, Myolie Wu and Sharon Chan.

Kevin bagged the My Favourite Actor in a Leading Role award for his role in drama Ghetto Justice; Myolie won the My Favourite Actress in a Leading Role award for her role in Curse of the Royal Harem.

These two prizes were the most coveted awards of the night because they were seen as an indicator to who the winner might be at the upcoming TVB Anniversary Awards, to be held next Monday.

During his acceptance speech, Kevin said, "Someone asked, if I get this award, I wouldn't get the one at TVB. I feel conflicted. Will I get the [TVB] award?"

The audience shouted 'Yes' in reply, showing their support for the actor. Kevin added, "I've a peace of mind now. I shall take the opportunity to say more, because I don't have much chance [to do so]."

Later, a teary-eyed Myolie accepted her award. Fellow actor Raymond embarrassed her when he shouted "Bosco".

The actress said, "He asked me not to thank him in public", sparking roars of laughter. However, Myolie did look in Bosco's direction and thanked him, winning thunderous applause.

Lady Gaga has enjoyed a date with her boyfriend at a shooting range.

The 'You and I' hitmaker donned a pair of six-inch designer heels for the outing, which saw her and 'Vampire Diaries' actor Taylor Kinney and a group of their pals spend an 'extreme' evening blowing up items in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

A source told The Sun newspaper: 'Gaga loves anything extreme. Watching a bunch of men unload guns would turn her on just as much. It's extreme in a different way.

'Taylor and his pals like having her around as she's a laugh. She likes nothing more than heading to the pub for a few beers after.'

However, this is one of the more normal activities the couple have tried their hand at, as the 25-year-old singer is reportedly 'turned on' by blood-sucking creatures and encourages Taylor to dress up as his vampire alter-ego in the bedroom.

An insider recently said: 'Gaga gets very turned on by vampires and loves being bitten by her partner. She likes to dress up and has a set of fangs which she'll often get out in the bedroom.

Am I Married?

Am I married? I dreamt that I was married to a limp woman. I became limp too. I wasn't sure what happened. We got married and the best part was, it was only a few months I got to know her. She wasn't pretty (not my expectation). But I can still remember the reason we've got married. The main reason was because I was a limp man too. I can't ask for more. I must know the 'real' me. I kept on pondering and reminding myself that she was the most suitable woman in my life because she will love me and my family. It was more than enough. Anyway, life wasn't that long. Probably we would only live for another 10-20 years. So it's all right simply find a partner.

This has changed my perspectives in my life. Thanks God that it wasn't true. At least, I still have a pair of legs that I can use to walk and run.Guys out there, don't be choosy for your life partner. Time is running and we may not know what will happen to us the next seconds.

Yesterday, again, I slept at dawn. When I wanna log off my FB, I noticed it was already 4.30am.

I was coming out with a plan. I kept on having ideas on a project. It is new for Johorean but perhaps might have it at other countries.

This project is all about family- everthing related with children and parents.

This project will definitely change the Johor Bahru's culture.

Keep my finger cross for the project. If it's really from the above, He will provides all that I need.

Testimony

I've got cellgroup today and I'm going to share my life testimony to my brothers and sisters. And i just finished writing my script,in case I forgot everything when I am on the stage.

Praise God, through Holy Spirit, i have written about 1.5 pages. My testimony is a simple one. Nothing much up and down thingy. But while i am reading it, i found tht it's all above LOVE!

The love that we are eager for, the LOVE that most of the people are looking and searching for. Without love, we are nothing. With LOVE, we found peace, we found everything.

Only through HIM- Jesus, we can have eternal love. No one can provides such a great love except Him. Praise God!

As stated in the bible, 1 John 4:10- We love because He first loved us.

I just had my Nasi lemak for my lunch n dinner. Today I'm terribly sleepy. I slept at 4.30am n woke up at 8.30am this morning. Suffering right now. Later on, I still have night class till 10pm.

Are non Muslim Malaysian considered as Real Malaysian?

I bet I'm not the only one who have raised this question? Are the races except Malay Muslim considered as Malaysian. How do we define it? Is it define only by the titled 'malaysian' in our id card or passport? Or perhaps by the right as a Malaysian citizen? I strongly believed, no matter how strong is the 1Malaysia's campaign , if the roots of the problem still can't be solve, it is a waste of time and our citizens contribution (income tax). It's because the campaign is merely a 'show' for the investors or it has political agenda. For us as lower and middle income earners in Malaysia, we need SECURITY. Security in terms of safety, financial, education and career. Are we really secure living in Malaysia? I bet you'll know the answer yourself.
